Tired of pre-packed running schedules from coaches who don't even know you? Wish someone would write a schedule based on your personal needs and goals as a runner? Then you've come to the right place!

My Fitness Recovery offers full-service coaching, all your movement needs in one monthly package. Whether you are a beginning runner trying to run your first 5K or a seasoned marathoner looking to better your personal best, we can help you.

By planning (and course correcting when necessary) a tailored scheduled based on your goals, your time availability, and your current fitness level, we help you shape a long-range fitness program that will keep you running well into your Golden Years! All packages include video analysis so you can chart your progress. We will even run races with you and coach you through them, if scheduling allows.
